- BigFeetSteals Marketplace will carry men’s sizes from 11.5 and up ONLY

What is the BigFeetSteals “STEAL” Guaranteed?
- All items posted in our marketplace are REQUIRED to be under market or subject for disapproval. We encourage a place where people GIVE & GET steals, we are all aware how expensive & rare big feet shoes can be, so show some love and I’m sure that love will always be returned
Are items Authenticated?
- YES. All Items SOLD for $125 or more are sent to a BigFeetSteals Specialist for authentication. At that point, a rigorous authentication process will take place, and a post card and sticker will be put on the box (if applicable) once approved, finalizing the sale.
How long does shipping take?
- It will typically take 5-7 business days for sneakers to be delivered to the buyer if authentication is required.
How much is shipping?
- Shipping is $14 Flat Rate anywhere domestic within the 50 states.
What is the “Steals Factory”?
- The “Steals Factory” is the exclusive inventory available by the creator of the App for Premium Members ONLY. All items here are shipped within 1 business day to the buyer and are guaranteed to be EXTREMELY STEALZY.
Is there a limit on how many shoes you can Buy & Sell?
- There is no limit on how many shoes you may Buy & Sell, but every seller has a TWO strike policy. Meaning, if we receive two separate complaints from buyers you sold to, your selling privileges will be revoked.
Do you negotiate pricing?
- There are no negotiations on the Steals Factory page. All prices are priced to sell, and we ask all sellers to do so as well, none of these deals will last long, so act quickly.
How long does it take until I get access to products?
- You get INSTANT ACCESS to the App once you create your account.
How do I register my password for www.bigfeetsteals.com ?
- Create and account by clicking log in and click “create”.
“Do you offer refunds?”
- I do not offer any refunds on shoes that have successfully went through our authentication process. This is done to protect the marketplace and assure fairness between all buyers and sellers.
“Can I be penalized for switching my plan from Premium to Basic?”
- No, there is no fees. All Premium plans are pay as you go, and last approximately 30 days.
- Please note, once you cancel you will lose access to all products and your name will be taken out of any giveaways we have going on that month.
How often will shoes be added to the Marketplace?
- Shoes will be added daily, randomly, after the approval of pictures and post. It’s best to continue to check the App as often as possible, and keep a eye out for push notifications.
How often do I get billed for the membership?
- All Premium plans expire 30 days after you sign up.
Can I pick up my shoes from the “Steals Factory”?
- If you are local to Edison, NJ – Please DM me on Instagram to try to work out a specific time and place.
